SHIPPING TIMES & PRICES
We currently ship to anywhere inside the U.S. Orders typically ship in 2-3 business days from our merchandise partner located just outside of Minneapolis, MN. Once shipped, your merchandise should arrive to you 2-6 days after it is shipped. If you're in Iowa, orders generally show up about 4-6 days after you place your order. You will receive a tracking number and a confirmation of your shipment when your order is sent to you at the email address that you enter when placing your order.
Although it is rare, if you there are any issues with your order, our fulfillment partner will contact you to let you know. Occasionally, they may contact you to verify your shipping address to ensure that everything arrives to you safe and sound.
Orders are shipped via DHL e-commerce or USPS services. If shipped via DHL e-commerce, your shipment will be picked up from the warehouse by DHL and raced to your local post office. Final delivery will be made by USPS. If shipped via DHL e-commerce, USPS tracking will not update until your package arrives at your local post office. Remember that you can always track your order using your DHL e-commerce shipment here.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any issues with your order, we want to know about it. If we made a mistake, we'll make it right (at our expense).
- If you change your mind or need to return an item, please contact our store customer service to let us know. We will respond to your request with additional information. Return shipping is your responsibility to get the items back to us.
- If you need to do an exchange for a new size, it will be treated as a return and a new order. Simply request a return from us and then place a new order for the correct item you need. We'll refund your credit card for the item that you return when it is received back to our merchandising partner.
- All returns and exchanges need to be initiated within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.
